10.4. Support of disk brakes

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

During the work of brake shoes brake dust which contains asbestos, unhealthy is formed. Therefore when cleaning a support do not use compressed air and do not inhale dust.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a bolt and disconnect a brake hose from a support. For an exception of an effluence of brake fluid, close an opening of a brake hose a stopper.
2. Replacement of a brake support is a part of the procedure of replacement of brake shoes (see subsection 10.3).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Remove air from the brake system.
