Check of a condition of rubber pillows of the muffler

The final system consists of a final collector, the catalyst, the muffler, an exhaust pipe and other connecting pipes, arms, suspension brackets and collars. Final systems fastens to the car bottom by means of arms of fastening and rubber suspension brackets. If one of these details is damaged or deformed by a consequence existence of noise or the vibration transmitted through the car bottom will be.

At repair of final system take the following simple advice:

 – begin work with a back part of the car and move to a forward part;
 – you apply special means on fastening details to facilitate their removal;
 – at installation of details of final system put new laying, suspension brackets and collars;
 – at assembly grease a carving of details of fastening by special structure against jamming;
 – leave a sufficient and uniform gap between the established details and the bottom of a body.
